**Field Sales Associate - Corporate Training**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**:

- Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the corporate training sector.
- Exceed sales targets through effective strategies and relationship-building.
- **Client Engagement**:

- Identify corporate clients' training needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations showcasing the value of our corporate training offerings.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on the company's training programs and services.
- Clearly communicate the features and benefits of corporate training solutions.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Provide valuable feedback to the marketing and product development teams.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, customer support, and training delivery to ensure cohesive execution of sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance team performance.
- **Client Engagement**:

- Identify clients' skilled manpower requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct presentations and showcase the value of our skilled manpower solutions.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on the company's range of skilled manpower services.
- Clearly communicate the features and benefits of our skilled manpower solutions.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Provide valuable feedback to the marketing and product development teams.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, recruitment, and operations to ensure cohesive execution of sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance team performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
