Job Summary:
As a Field Sales Associate at Simpel Techlabs Private Limited, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and maximizing sales opportunities in the assigned territory. Your main goal will be to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and create a sales plan to target and reach out to them.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities by cold calling, networking, and social media platforms.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.
- Present, promote, and sell company products and services to prospective clients.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to maximize sales potential.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints or inquiries in a timely manner.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and market conditions to remain competitive and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and updates on a regular basis.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a sales representative or similar role (fresher's are encouraged to apply)

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
