**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation for our clients.
- Create and curate engaging content, including text posts, images, and videos, tailored to each platform's audience and objectives.
- Manage social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube, ensuring consistency and relevance.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, to optimize campaigns
- Identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in social media marketing to ensure our strategies remain innovative, effective.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop creative campaigns & promotions that align with brand goals and target audience preferences.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful relationships with the online community to enhance brand loyalt & advocacy.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal teams
- Must Have The Knowledge Of SEO, Website Development

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in social media management, preferably within an advertising agency or digital marketing environment.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, problem-solve, and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Passion for digital marketing and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.

**Qualification-** Graduation with relevant experience

**Experience-** 1 - 2 Year

**Location-** Karve Nagar

**Salary-** 10,000-20,000

**Salary**: ₹10,322.82 - ₹20,000.00 per month
