Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally while addressing customer needs efficiently.
- Provide accurate information related to products, policies, and services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships through proactive follow-ups.
- Engage in mock calls and real-time scenarios to demonstrate product knowledge and conversational skills.
- Maintain call quality standards as defined by the organization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.

Required Skills and Qualities:

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
- Clear understanding of the call center environment and willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
- Ability to speak confidently on given topics and demonstrate logical thinking.
- Strong customer service mindset - patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented.
- Knowledge of qualities required for a customer care executive: politeness, attentiveness, clarity, active listening, and professionalism.
- Sales skills: Persuasion, negotiation, product knowledge, handling objections, and closing deals effectively.
- Able to do mock call.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum qualification: [10+2 / Graduate]
- Experience in a call center/customer service role is a plus but not mandatory.
- Freshers with good communication and enthusiasm are welcome.

Interview Process Includes:

- There are total 2 Rounds of interview's: 1 HR Round & 1 Operations Round.

Pay: ₹175,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
