**Responsibilities & Key Deliverables**

Europe is a strategic market for M&M’s farm business. The incumbent will be responsible to develop the Europe business for Mahindra tractors.

Develop business in Europe

Appoint channel & network in Europe

Achieve sales volume (Billing & Retail) and market share targets and through effective channel management, territory planning, annual business plan sign-off and regular performance reviews.

Maximize revenue generation through model-mix planning and CLV enhancement.

Manage the sales operations of FD, with responsibility for entire distribution channel, through close coordination with internal (logistics) and distributors personnel.

Formulate growth plans and execute product, tactical promotion, and price positioning strategy in consultation with relevant internal teams (Product/Finance/Marketing) and distributors. Establish synergetic relations with channel partners

Enhance network manpower capability through product training and implementation of standard operating processes (Eg.DEP).

Participate in techno-commercial discussions with institutional and government bodies, during their ordering/tendering process.

**Experience**
- Tractor experience in Europe markets.
- **Industry Preferred**
- Tractor / Farm Machinery
- **Qualifications**
- Engineer & MBA (International Business / Marketing) will be preferable
- **General Requirements**
- Must possess basic knowledge of international business (culture, preferences) to adapt and blend with overseas stakeholders. Knowledge of any international language is an added advantage.
- Must have strong analytical skills
- Should have a strong Emotional Quotient (EQ) - “culturally agnostic”, open minded, good listening and negotiating skills, collaborative and able to produce results with diverse teams
