We are looking for an operations returns associate who will play a crucial role in managing the returns process for our e-commerce platform. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and customer-centric returns experience, handling returned merchandise efficiently, and collaborating with various teams to optimize the overall returns process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Returns Processing: Oversee the backend processing of returned items, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Verify returned items against established criteria for acceptance or rejection. Record and update the status of returns in the system.
- Coordination: Collaborate with the warehouse and customer service teams to ensure smooth return logistics. Work with customer service to resolve customer concerns and issues. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for return authorizations and instructions.
- Inventory Management: Update inventory records to reflect returned items. Collaborate with the inventory team to manage stock levels effectively. Identify and report any discrepancies in inventory related to returns.
- Reporting: Generate reports on return metrics, trends, and reasons for returns. Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements. Keep management informed about the status of returns.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree (Any), education in logistics or operations is a plus.
- Proven experience in operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
