Position: Inventory Supervisor

Location: Sanganeer Rampura Road, Manufacturing Unit

**Salary**: ₹12,000 to ₹18,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Leaves: No leaves

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the daily operations of the inventory and storekeeping.

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team for replenishment.

Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Manage inventory control procedures to prevent theft, loss, or damage.

Coordinate with other departments to meet inventory needs and support production schedules.

Train and oversee storekeeping staff as needed.

Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory status to management.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics, supply chain management, or related field is preferred.

Proven experience in inventory management or storekeeping roles.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Good communication skills in English and/or local languages.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and work under pressure.
