**Responsibilities:

- **
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Oversee the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and labourers to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all work is conducted in accordance with applicable safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or deficiencies.
- Manage material deliveries and inventory to ensure that adequate supplies are available for construction activities.
- Coordinate with project managers to resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during construction.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and labour hours expended.
- Assist in the preparation of progress reports, budgets, and other project documentation.
- Provide leadership and guidance to construction crew members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Respond promptly to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances on-site.
- Ensure that all work is completed to the satisfaction of clients and project stakeholders.

**Requirements:

- **
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in construction management or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a site supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.
- Experience with construction management software and tools.
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor environments and adverse weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Any relevant safety training is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
