**Job Title: Telecaller Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential leads, introducing and explaining upcoming webinars.
- Use provided scripts to engage leads effectively, ensuring clear, persuasive communication.
- Follow up with leads to confirm their attendance and provide additional webinar details.
- Identify and address customer needs, preferences, or concerns during calls.
- Resolve any queries or objections in a timely and professional manner.
- Log all interactions, outcomes, and required follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Keep the lead database updated with the most current and accurate information.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proficiency in **English and Kannada** is required.
- Fluency in at least three additional languages such as Telugu, Tamil, or Hindi is preferred.
- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to new challenges.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
