**About Job**:
The **Watershed/NRM & GIS Experts **shall be responsible for the following:
**Key Job Responsibilities**:
i. Provide technical inputs for preparing GIS plan on Ground and also assist in approval and implementation of the Plan.

ii. Preparing village DPR (Detailed project report), DPR approval from the Gram Sabha and Priority plan submission to Gram Panchayat and Block according to the labor Budget.

iii. Preparing various GIS based maps and creation of Data base in the GIS soft.

iv. Prepare design, plan and estimation of various NRM structures.

v. Ensuring AAP entry in MGNREGA portal of Priority Plan schemes and it’s TS & AS approval (Technical Sanction & Administrative Sanction).

vi. Provide lay out of the various NRM structures and monitor the works execution and timely completion.

vii. Actively work to create social awareness about rights and entitlements of MGNREGA.

viii. Supervise the work of CCs and CRPs (Cluster coordinator and Cluster resource person) and provide them with hand-holding support at the village and Gram Panchayat level.

ix. Capacity building of PRI members, MGNREGA Supervisors, Barefoot Technicians GRSs and project Cluster Coordinators (CCs) and Community Resource Persons (CRPs).

x. Plan Farm based allied activities to ensure sustainable livelihood to poorest of the poor.

**QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES**:
**Qualification and Experience**

Full time B.Tech in Civil Engineering/ Agriculture Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

**Experience**:
**Essential Skills and Competencies**:
(1) Should be motivated to work in the villages, especially with deprived sections, and willing to acquire new knowledge and skills relevant to the project and guide implementation processes;
(2) Ability to work in a multi-cultural/ multi-disciplinary team;
(3) Ability to multi-task and work well in such a team;
(4) Willing to travel.

**Job Location**:Gondiya

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
