AdTech Specialist Role

Drive revenue growth by optimizing technology, integrations, and yield strategies for a leading digital media business.

  • Maximize yield across programmatic channels (open auction, PMP, programmatic direct) through effective strategy design and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute strategies to optimize inventory performance and recommend structural changes (floors, packaging, taxonomy).
  • Lead the integration of SSPs, DSPs, ad exchanges, data partners, and header bidding solutions.
  • Develop scalable solutions for AMP, mWeb, and app monetization.
Requirements:
  • 5–8 years of experience in AdTech, Programmatic Monetization, or Yield Management.
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem (SSPs, DSPs, ad exchanges, data partners).
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ad Manager, Prebid, Open Bidding, and header bidding frameworks.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and editorial teams.
