  • Campaign Management: Lead planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, affiliate, and programmatic platforms.">
  • Data Analysis: Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.">
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior marketers, manage external agencies, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.">
  • 4–7 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.">
  • Proven experience designing and scaling high-impact paid campaigns across multiple channels.">
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and BI reporting platforms.">
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and leadership.">
