As a Financial Performance Optimization Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and optimizing yield for our platform. You will be responsible for managing publisher profit/loss, communicating with publishers and internal departments to address needs and monetization opportunities, ensuring ad requests and inventory settings are optimal, and providing ad layout recommendations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organization, analytical, adaptable, and resourceful skills, as well as industry knowledge and experience in online advertising/web analytics and related job functions.

A Bachelor's degree in finance, mathematics, computer technology, or business intelligence is required, along with 2-3 years of experience in online advertising/web analytics, ad operations, data analytics, or related fields. Experience with BI tools for data manipulation, such as SQL, Visual Tool examples like Domo, Periscope, Looker, Tableau, and managing a team and relationships are a plus.

Solid attention to detail and organization skills are essential for success in this role.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize publisher profit/loss and ensure ad requests and inventory settings are optimal
  • Communicate with publishers and internal departments to address needs and monetization opportunities
  • Provide ad layout recommendations to maximize yield and publisher KPIs
  • Work with SSPs to get sites whitelisted and enhance yield
  • Monitor yield based on demand source and inventory/product
  • Optimize revenue streams by monitoring partner and publisher performance
  • Proficient in DFP and SSP system settings to ensure optimal yield setup
  • Publish weekly KPIs, SSP reporting, block list reporting, and partner billing/reconciliation
  • Work with buyers to create deals and optimize performance
  • Analyze publisher and SSP data to report to Pub Dev and Programmatic Supervisor
