Position: Telesales Executive
Location: Thane
**Job Description**:
As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, contacting potential customers, and closing sales deals over the phone. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth by promoting and selling our products or services to prospective clients.
**Responsibilities**:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products or services, explain their features and benefits, and persuade them to make a purchase.
Identify and qualify sales leads through cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and following up on sales inquiries and quotations.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales transactions using CRM software or sales tracking systems.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, campaigns, and promotions to drive sales growth and maximize revenue.
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products or services in the market.
Participate in sales training programs and workshops to improve sales skills and techniques.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or outbound sales roles.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits persuasively.
Results-driven with a strong sense of initiative and ability to work independently to achieve sales goals.
