We are hiring CRM (Female) for vikaspuri location for Lift & Elevator company.

Position - CRM (Female)

Experience - 5 to 7 yrs

Salary - 30k to 50k

Location - Vikaspuri

Job Descriptions:
**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a primary point of contact for all communications related to their projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure seamless execution of projects and customer satisfaction.
- Manage project schedules and provide timely updates to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively identify potential issues and work with the team to find solutions that meet or exceed the client's expectations.
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends and developments, including new products and services, to provide clients with relevant information.
- Utilize Google Sheets to manage and analyze data to support decision-making.
- Create visually appealing presentations using PowerPoint to convey data and project progress to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales or account management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in using CRM software, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to analyze data and create visually appealing presentations in PowerPoint.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
