**Job Summary**:
The MAHA RERA Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that a real estate development company or related entity complies with all the regulations and requirements set forth by the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MAHA RERA). This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that the organization's real estate projects are in accordance with MAHA RERA guidelines, and that all necessary filings and updates are completed accurately and on time.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**RERA Registration and Renewal**: Ensure that all real estate projects undertaken by the company are registered with MAHA RERA as required. Monitor project-specific registration timelines and renewals to maintain compliance.

**Document Verification**: Review and validate all project-related documents, contracts, agreements, and disclosures to ensure they meet MAHA RERA standards and guidelines.

**Data Submission**:Prepare and submit all necessary documents and data required by MAHA RERA, including project details, financial information, and updates on project progress.

**Periodic Reporting**: Generate periodic reports and updates on the status of ongoing projects and compliance with MAHA RERA regulations for senior management and regulatory authorities.

**Compliance Audits**: Conduct regular internal audits to ensure the company's adherence to MAHA RERA norms, identifying and addressing any potential compliance issues.

**Legal Liaison**: Serve as a point of contact between the organization and legal counsel to address legal matters related to MAHA RERA compliance, disputes, and resolutions.

**Training and Education**:Stay informed about changes in MAHA RERA regulations and ensure that all relevant employees are educated and updated on compliance requirements.

**Customer Grievance Handling**:Assist in addressing and resolving customer complaints related to MAHA RERA compliance issues and provide the necessary documentation to support resolution efforts.

**Risk Assessment**: Identify potential risks associated with non-compliance with MAHA RERA guidelines and work proactively to mitigate these risks.

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge about technical skills (MS Office; Word, Excel, PPT, documents management).
- Interest in Real-Estate matters.\

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
