**Job Description : CFO**
- Lead a team six executives in Finance division and work closely with them to manage Inter branch and overseas accounting using in-house software.
- He / She will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and payroll. Should be able to induce a monthly schedule for team to follow and ensure time execution of these operations internally.
- Will work closely with GST consultants and GST department to prepare and submit paper work on time, there by ensuring proper compliance.
- Work closely with Transfer pricing consultant and overseas CPA for any compliance or data required to ensure smooth functioning overseas branches in North America.
- Responsible for developing and implementing a company's financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Is responsible for profitability calculations and focus companies energies towards high revenue accounts. Includes identifying any financial risks or accounts.
- Create and execute financial plans for SEAIR, that include booking additional profit into financial instruments like Equity and Fixed deposits, to get additonal returns on its profits.
- Keep a tab on insurance / compliance / licences and regulations.

**OUR IDEAL COLLEAGUE WILL BE**
- Someone with proven experience as CFO, finance officer or relevant role in Senior position preferably with 10+ years of total experience. Preferable in Finance industry.
- Someone with excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods, Knowledge of local and international tax laws is a must.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software
- An individual with an analytical mind and comfortable with numbers. Strong team building skill is a must.
- A Graduate / **Post-Graduate in Accounting / CA/CS/ICWAI / Finance or relevant fields**; CPA is an advantage
