**Chief Financial Officer**

**Job Title**: Chief Financial Officer

**Responsibilities**:
**Financial Planning and Analysis**: Development and implementation of financial plans and strategies.

**Financial Reporting**: Preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports. Compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

**Capital Management**: Management of the company's capital structure. Assessment of the funding requirements of the company and develop strategies to raise capital, whether through equity, debt financing, or other means.

**Risk Management**: Analysis of market trends, assessment of potential risks and opportunities and development of risk mitigation strategies.

**Treasury Management**: Development of cash management strategies, overseeing of banking relationships and optimization of working capital.

**Compliance & Governance**: Ensurement of compliance with financial and regulatory requirements.

**Skills**:
Strong financial management skills

Proficiency in financial analysis and modelling

Adaptability and agility for learning about changing market conditions

**Education Requirements**:
At least a Master’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field.

MBA or postgraduate degree in relative field preferred

**Salary**: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Master's (required)
