To meet with our business needs & client servicing, we are looking out for smart & confident Sales Co-ordinator, preferably from Lighting background with English proficiency & proven track record which would meet with our expectations.

**Job Responsibilities: -**

Coordinate with the Production Team for orders and changes suggested by the client.

Prioritized urgent order shipments through regular follow up.

Punching orders in tally.

Preparation of Debit Note & Credit Note.

Update the Product Development status and follow up with the Production Team.

Follow up for raw material and production status as per the priority.

Escalate in case of any delay or deviation.

Confirm the shipment date to the client and resolve queries (if any).

To ensure that SLA’s/SOPs are followed in line with the process in terms of timely delivery and productivity.
