**Job Responsibilities of a Sales Coordinator**:
**1. Sales Support**:

- Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices in coordination with the sales and service departments.**
**- Update CRM systems and databases with customer information and sales progress.**

**2. Customer Service**:

- Act as a point of contact for clients to handle service-related questions and schedule appointments.**
**- Address customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution in collaboration with service advisors and technicians.**
**- Follow up with clients for feedback and after-service satisfaction.**

**3. Inventory Management**:

- Coordinate with the service team and inventory managers to ensure availability of parts and materials required for car repairs and services.**
**- Keep track of stock levels and order supplies as needed.**

**4. Reporting**:

- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.**
**- Assist in forecasting sales targets and analyze performance against key metrics.**

**5. Coordination with Other Departments**:

- Work closely with the marketing, service, and accounts departments to ensure that the sales process runs smoothly.**
**- Assist in organizing promotional campaigns, special offers, and customer events.**

**6. Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain documentation and records related to sales, service orders, and client interactions.**
**- Assist in scheduling sales meetings, training, and team collaborations.**

**7. Handling Service Inquiries**:

- Assist potential customers in understanding service packages, pricing, and the booking process.**
**- Ensure proper coordination between customers and technicians for seamless service delivery.**

**Skills Required for a Sales Coordinator**:

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
