An Administrative Officer is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks within an organization to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflows. This includes managing office supplies, maintaining records, preparing reports, and assisting with budgeting and financial management. They also handle correspondence, answer queries, and support various internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- **Managing Office Operations**:Overseeing daily tasks like managing office supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a tidy and organized workspace.
- **Record Keeping and Filing**:Maintaining accurate records, filing documents, and managing databases.
- **Communication and Support**:Answering phone calls, directing inquiries, and providing support to employees and clients.
- **Scheduling and Event Coordination**:Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, as well as organizing events and meetings.
- **Reporting and Data Analysis**:Preparing reports on expenses, budgets, and other relevant data.
- **Budgeting and Financial Management**:Assisting with budgeting, tracking expenses, and managing financial records.
- **Vendor and Service Provider Coordination**:Coordinating with vendors and service providers for facility maintenance and repairs.
- **Collaboration**:Working with various departments to ensure efficient and organized internal processes.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
