
Office Administrator

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administrative tasks, correspondence, and documentation.
- Prepare, format, and maintain reports, letters, and business documents using MS Word.
- Create, update, and analyze spreadsheets, budgets, and data reports in MS Excel.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and team schedules.
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist with office supply management and vendor coordination.
- Support team members with documentation, presentations, and record-keeping tasks.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma. Prefernce to Engineers and Diploma holders
- Proven work experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in **MS Word** (document formatting, reports) and **MS Excel** (formulas, data analysis, charts).
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
