Required Customer Relationship Executive (Home Loan/Mortgage Loan)

**About the Role**:
As a _**Customer Relationship Executive**_, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and managing existing relationships for **Home Loan/Mortgage Loan products**. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless loan process.

- Akola

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customer Acquisition:

- Identify and generate potential leads through various channels (e.g., referrals, cold calling, digital marketing).
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
- Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals effectively.
- Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the loan lifecycle.
- Provide timely updates on loan status and documentation requirements.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently.
- Cross-sell and upsell additional financial products and services.
- Documentation and Compliance:

- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Graduate degree from a recognized university.
- _**2-3 years of experience**_in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of home loan/mortgage loan products and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Age: _**20-30 years**_
