**JD - Customer Relationship & Experience (Non-Voice and Voice)**

As a Non-Voice CRM Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through written communication channels. Your key duties include:
**-**Identifying and assessing customers' needs to build sustainable relationships.
**-**Providing accurate, valid, and complete information through written methods.
**-**Meeting personal and team targets for sales and query resolution.
**-**Handling customer complaints and providing timely solutions for order fulfillment, exchanges, and refunds.
**-**Keeping meticulous records of customer interactions, processing accounts, and filing documents.
**-**Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
**-**Generating sales leads through written communication channels like

**-**Going the extra mile to engage customers and ensure a positive experience.

**Skills**:**-**Strong written communication skills.
**-**Ability to handle queries and provide solutions effectively.
**-**Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
**-**Good record-keeping and documentation skills.
**-**Familiarity with CRM software and communication tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
