**Job Title**: Customer Relationship Executive (social media & Branding)
**Department**:Marketing / Customer Relations Reports to: Marketing Manager / Store Manager
**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a customer-focused individual to enhance our brand through in-store engagement and digital branding. The role involves interacting with customers, capturing experiences via photos and testimonials, and promoting our brand on social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Customer Engagement:
- Interact with customers in-store, ensuring a positive experience.
Capture in-store moments with customer consent for branding purposes
Branding & Social Media:
Create engaging content (Reels, posts) to showcase customer experiences.
Manage and post regularly on social media, aligning with brand tone
Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain customer relationships, collect feedback, and respond to inquiries.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotions.
Event Support:
- Assist in organizing and promoting in-store events and branding activities.
- Reporting:
- Track and report customer feedback and social media performance.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
Experience in customer relations or social media marketing.
Strong knowledge of Instagram and Facebook.
Basic photography and videography skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
