**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Should have good communication skills to convince customers and explain wisely about our business to prospects clients
- Establishing contact with the prospective clients
- Setting up an appointment
- Timely follow-up with all prospects post every sales officer meeting until the conclusion
- Facilitate the sales process: cold calling, lead generation, and closing sales.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.

**Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications**
- Should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English & Kannada (Native speakers are highly preferable)
- Should have minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in Tele-calling / Inside Sales / Marketing / Business Development
- Must be a graduate (Marketing / Operations / Business Administration will be ideal)
- Should be good at Sales pitch & Negotiation skills
