Responsibilities:
Language Skills: Utilize your language skills in Kannada, Telugu, Hindi, and English to effectively communicate with vendors from diverse backgrounds.

Relationship Building: Build rapport and establish positive relationships with potential vendors, addressing their inquiries and concerns.

Vendor Onboarding: Guide vendors through the registration process, assist with necessary documentation, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Sales Targets: Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day, aiming to achieve the target of 30 new vendor registrations per month.

CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records of vendor interactions, call logs, and registration details in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Collaboration: Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams to facilitate the onboarding process and ensure a seamless transition for vendors.

Reporting: Provide regular reports on call activities, registration progress, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to the sales manager.

**Requirements**:
Telecalling Experience: Previous experience in telecalling or a similar role, with a proven track record of achieving targets.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in Kannada, Telugu, Hindi, and English to effectively communicate with vendors from different language backgrounds.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, convey information, and handle objections.

Persuasion and Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to persuade potential vendors, address concerns, and negotiate effectively to achieve registrations.

Target-Driven: Self-motivated and capable of meeting or exceeding daily call targets and monthly vendor registration goals.

CRM Proficiency: Experience in using CRM systems to manage call records, follow-ups, and registration details.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing vendor requirements and market dynamics.

Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to team success.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
