Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role located in Bengaluru. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students, providing detailed information about our programs, and addressing any queries they may have. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining call logs, following up on leads, and contributing to enrollment targets. The Telecaller will work closely with the admissions team to ensure a seamless and efficient application process for prospective students.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service experience and the ability to handle varied inquiries professionally
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems or ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Experience in educational services or telemarketing is a plus
  • PUC pass

Probation Period: 2 months post which the postion will be converted to full time.
