About the role

Key job responsibilities

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily reports on hiring event performance. Slicer based views on performance
- Analysis and Trends of hiring ratios, fulfillment percentages recruiter wise
- Interviewer supply vs requirement, LOB wise
- LOB wise reports for recruiters to view/share with their business stakeholders
- Ad-hoc reports for leadership
- Regenerating old data into reports and drawing out past trends vs. current performance
- Innovate and automate reports to reduce manual generation or validation of data

Good to have skills - Experience with Data Visualization tools like Tableau - Scripting knowledge like Python, SQL
