Basic Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- 2 - 3 year experience in recruitment, HR or Admin in a fast-paced environment
- Highly pro-active & customer centric attitude
- Ability to prioritize & multitask
- High attention to detail, well-structured and organized
- Comfortable working on own initiative
- Experience in high volume scheduling for multiple site
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in both English and local language (if required)
- Experience with in house Applicant Tracking Systems
- Strong customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations
- Problem solver, able to troubleshoot issues independently and drive them to closure with mínimal supervision
- Great organizational skills and attention to detail, able to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously

Role - SP Recruitment Coordinator APAC
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist to onboard new hires
- Coordinating the post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials
- Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities
Preferred Qualification
- Flexible, able to change direction quickly
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and in dealing with ambiguity
- Ability to handle confidential information and escalate issues when appropriate
- Previous recruiting coordinator experience or equivalent required
- Team player, solid work ethic, willing to pitch in where needed
