**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Community Identification & Engagement**:

- Identify and map communities across Pune to connect with Opportunity Youth.
- Engage community leaders, parents, and other stakeholders to build awareness of the GOYN initiative.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local partners to support youth development.

**Youth Engagement & Development Planning**:

- Conduct regular meetings with youth to understand their needs, aspirations, and challenges.
- Develop tailored youth development plans, including personal, educational, and professional growth goals.
- Organize group workshops and individual sessions focused on skill-building, goal setting, and career awareness.

**Program Coordination & Implementation**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and implement youth engagement programs and events.
- Support outreach campaigns to attract youth participation in the GOYN program.
- Monitor the progress of youth participants and provide ongoing guidance and resources.

**Stakeholder Collaboration**:

- Partner with NGOs, educational institutions, and local community organizations to enhance the program’s reach.
- Serve as a point of contact for youth-related queries and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Organize and participate in community meetings to foster program visibility and gather feedback.

**Data Management & Reporting**:

- Maintain records of youth engagement activities, progress reports, and development plans.
- Prepare regular reports on youth engagement metrics for internal and external stakeholders.
- Document success stories and impactful case studies for promotional and reporting purposes.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- MSW or Master’s degree/Bachelor degree in youth work or community organization/youth empowerment, entrepreneurships, livelihoods.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to travel to different locations (Slums/Communities) of Pune.
- 2 years of experience of developing and delivering engaging youth engagement opportunities, following best practice and adopting methods of co-production.
- 2 years of experience of working with diverse groups of young people, with differing interests and needs.
- Understanding of sensitive use of language and imagery.
- Ability to take on feedback, internally and externally to organisation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to deal with a diverse range of people.
- Excellent organisational, attention to detail and forward planning skills.
- Experience of implementing organisational administrative policies and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
- She/he should know Marathi language (Compulsory)
