Roles and responsibilities:

  • Maintaining attendance of all students of the Lighthouse who are doing their Skilling Courses.
  • Ensuring that students complete the Skilling Courses
  • Regular visits to the Skilling Partner Centres and taking feedback from the students regarding the ongoing courses.
  • Maintaining skilling-related student records on the WeConnect platform.
  • Ensuring that maximum students attend and complete their skilling course.
  • Building a strong connection with the Youth and ensuring that their problems are addressed.
  • Maintain good relations with Skilling Partners.
  • Quality Check and Audit.
  • Supporting the rest of the team members as and when required.

Preferred Skill sets, Years of Experience, and Professional Background:

  • Any Graduation
  • Deep empathy and a strong commitment to Youth's development and growth.
  • Good Proficiency in MS Office preferred.
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills in English,Hindi and local language.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with confidence and wisdom.
  • Should be a Team Player.
