Expectations/Deliverables:

- Nurture and identify suitable members for the formation of the Youth Advisory

Group (YAG) who possess the necessary skills, passion, and commitment to

effectively contribute towards the objectives in the PMC and PCMC regions,

respectively.
- Support in proposal development and project management of each of the YIF

member
- To develop and implement programs and workshops for youth. This includes

providing leadership and training to members of the Youth Advisory Group

(YAG). The aim is to foster a vibrant YAG that is deeply involved in issues related

to youth livelihoods and can offer valuable insights on actions for change,
- Monitoring program activities, and submitting detailed program notes of YAG

YIF projects.
- conduction of YAG meetings twice a month and ensure participation of all YAG

members in global meetings.
- Organize regular training sessions for YAG members to deepen their

understanding of Youth and build Youths capacity to advocate for their issues in

various forums including Working Groups, MSAG, workshops, and advocacy

forums.
- Might have to travel in city, national, and international forums to represent YAG
- Facilitate YAG and YIF member's participation in various activities hosted by the

project across the organization and external platforms as well
- Data collection, organization, and integration, as a part of Data Management.
- Maintain records of activities, attendance, and progress. Track and document

detailed notes, photos, and other relevant information.

**Preferred Skill sets, Years of Experience, and Professional Background**:

- Strong commitment to the cause of Youth as seen from their past work.
- **graduate/postgraduate/fresher who has a strong passion towards working**

**with youth movement or a minimum of 1 year working/ engaging with youth.**

**Internships if they have done in youth based organization. Proposal**

**development will be an added advantage**
- A person with High energy & a Proactive approach.
- Computer proficiency
- Self-driven, excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Strong people management, project management, and data analytics skills

**-Strong orientation towards relationship-building and problem-solving**

**-Strong verbal and written communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English**

**Base Location: Pune, Maharashtra**

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
