The primary responsibility of the Outreach Coordinator is to form Community Action Teams (CAT) in low
- income neighbourhoods of Pune, train and mentor their development.

CAT comprises neighbourhood youth and community adults who work together to improve youth livelihoods. **The responsibility of the Community Facilitator is to**:

- Mobilize youth and families from the slum communities and build healthy relationships with these communities.
- Be a role model and explain the program and its benefits to the youth, their parents and decision makers from these communities.
- Ensure enrolment of the youth and interested adults into Community Action Teams (CAT) and forming 1 CAT team per week.
- Train the CAT teams to mobilize community youth, enroll youth into the digital platform
- Map households of enrolled youth using GIS / google maps
- Support CAT teams to enrol community youth into livelihood organisations.
- Mapping of the households/communities of youth using GIS / Google Maps.
- Proper documentation of information collected
- Ensure smooth transition of enrolled youth to Career Counselor and vocational training institutions.
- Train CAT to expand its reach and effectiveness

**Preferred Skill sets, Years of Experience, Professional Background**:

- Post graduation in any field, with 1 year of community engagement experience
- Computer proficiency
- MS Office and GIS Mapping (good to have)
- Deep empathy and a firm commitment towards youth development and growth
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Marathi, Hindi and English
- Ability to handle difficult situations with confidence and wisdom.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
