**We are looking for someone who are keen to learn travel management and administration and hence, we required someone well versed in advance excel/computer system.Suggesting cost effective options and Itenary.Good in research and presentation**

**Education Qualification**:
**Graduate with excellent written and verbal communication skills**

**Job description**:
**ü Experience 0f at least 1-2 years in flight ticketing, hotel booking, Hall booking for Seminars on PAN India Basis.**

**ü Experience in independently handling domestic as well as international bookings and visa procedures.**

**ü Managing travel plans for all staff PAN India.**

**ü Maintain and swiftly resolve employee feedback of hotels and travel facilities as needed.**

**ü Negotiate on best rates through vendors every time there is a travel occurrence**

**ü Should know the process of postponement and preponement of tickets.**

**ü Experienced in booking of Bus, Train & Air
- Flight Tickets & Web checking for respective traveller.**

**ü Should be capable of single-handling end-to-end travel requirements of Sales Person**

**ü Good English communication**

**ü Commitment to work for a minimum of 2 years.**

**ü Billing process of all vendors.**

**ü Reconciliation of billing.**

**ü Maintain MIS Monthly & Daily basis.**

**ü After office hours emergency travel support.**

**ü Manage emergency changes/cancellations in a professional and calm manner**

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
