Looking for Client Servicing Executive at Brand Saloon with required roles and responsibilities (1 year experience from a Digital Marketing Agency experience preferred)

Mumbai Location (Work from office)

**Job description**
- Seek, process and execute client requests and product orders.
- Answer queries regarding product/ services, processes and if required direct them to the account manager.
- Assist clients to use the products and services and keep them updated about new features launched and encourage revenue growth by inspiring clients to purchase accessories and additional services,
- Co-ordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment of products orders/services
- Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client that can be employed by other departments as well,
- Collect feedback and resolve client complaints,

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
