**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong, long-lasting relationships and understanding their business needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute SEO, performance marketing, and influencer campaigns tailored to client objectives.
- Work closely with digital marketing, SEO, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution of all client campaigns, on time and within budget.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and other SEO/marketing platforms. Provide clients with insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Maintain regular communication with clients through updates, performance reviews, and strategy discussions. Address any client concerns or questions promptly.
- Work with the influencer marketing team to identify potential influencers, coordinate campaigns, and ensure smooth execution aligned with client goals.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services based on client needs and campaign performance.

**Key Requirements**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

**Experience**:1-3 years of experience in client servicing or account management in a digital marketing environment.

**Skills and Knowledge**:

- Basic to intermediate understanding of **SEO, performance marketing (PPC, social ads, etc.), and influencer marketing**.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as **Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media ad platforms**.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and working collaboratively with teams.
