**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Order Dispatch Management: o Oversee the dispatch of orders on Amazon, B&Q, and eBay platforms. o Ensure all orders are processed and dispatched accurately and on time.

2. Documentation and Labeling: o Generate in-house cut sheets for orders. o Create and print courier and collection labels. o Develop and manage inventory-related labels to ensure proper tracking and identification of products.

3. Courier Coordination: o Compile and manage courier manifests. o Input tracking information through both CSV uploads and manual entry methods. o Create and maintain a Royal Mail sheet for VF samples.

4. Customer Communication: o Send mailers to customers indicating delivery status, including specifics like delivered, porch delivery, neighbor's delivery, carded, or diplomatic handover.

5. Supplier Coordination: o Manage print window queries for labels and rugs from suppliers. o Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.

6. Inventory and Returns Management: o Take responsibility for removing Small (SM), Medium (MD), and Large (LR) items from all websites as needed. o Assign VH (Vendor Hold) on the returned window. o Maintain and update the VH sheet regularly.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in e-commerce order fulfillment and logistics.
- Proficiency in managing orders on Amazon, B&Q, and eBay platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CSV files for data management.
- Familiarity with courier services and label generation software.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management practices.
