**Job description**

**Job Title**: Branch Operations Executive

**Location**: Lucknow Branch

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Control**:

- Monitor and manage stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock movement.
- **Stock Audit**:

- Conduct regular stock audits to verify the accuracy of records and physical inventory.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- **Tally Entries**:

- Perform data entry of inventory transactions in Tally software.
- Generate inventory reports and maintain compliance with accounting standards.
- **Stores Management**:

- Organize and maintain the storage facility to ensure proper stock arrangement.
- Implement inventory best practices for efficient store management.
- **Excel Entries**:

- Record and analyze inventory data using Microsoft Excel.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets for inventory tracking and reporting.
- **Team Coordination**:

- Collaborate with team members and coordinate with Distribution Branch Supervisors (DBS) as needed.
- Be flexible and responsive to calls and coordination at any time.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline (Commerce background preferred).
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in inventory management, stock audits, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to adapt to dynamic schedules and be available for coordination beyond regular working hours.

**Additional Information**:

- **Reporting to**: Inventory Manager / Branch Manager.
- **Work Environment**: On-site role at the Lucknow.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
