**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive the overall **business development** and operational efficiency of the branch.
- Ensure **100% stock accuracy** across all depots under the branch’s purview.
- Oversee and ensure **compliance with statutory requirements** and company guidelines at all locations.
- Review operational dashboards and MIS reports; formulate and implement **corrective action plans** for anomalies.
- Conduct training programs as per the **training calendar** and carry out evaluations in line with SOPs.
- Liaise and coordinate with **principal companies, customers, and internal teams** to ensure smooth operations.
- Implement, monitor, and maintain **Quality Management System (QMS)** and **Safety, Health & Environment (SHE)** processes; ensure audit readiness and compliance.
- Supervise the execution and monitoring of **Warehouse Management System (WMS)** and **Transport Management System (TMS)**; ensure monthly approvals are completed within timelines.
- Oversee **end-to-end branch operations** to ensure adherence to SOPs across all locations.
- Ensure 100% **Proof of Delivery (POD)** acknowledgements are received and verified within defined TAT.
- Monitor and ensure accurate completion of all **inward and outward processes** at depots.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce; MBA in Operations preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum 6-15 years in warehouse operations in logistics

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse, inventory, and transportation processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems and MS Office tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹83,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
