- **Role Summary**:
We are actively searching for a talented and experienced Site Incharge to join our Kolkata team.

As a Site Incharge, you will play a crucial role in the day to day operations and management of project BBS System.

In order to thrive in this position, you must possess exceptional skills in people management and basic hardware and networking troubleshooting. Your ultimate objective will be to make sure that system operations are able to meet the required SLA Levels and client is kept informed of project status.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage Kolkata Site activities and operations
- Handle team of supporting resources
- Responsible for System testing and troubleshooting activities
- Responsible for generation of daily/weekly reports for different stakeholders
- Responsible for coordination with vendors
- Responsible for incident reporting and followup to closure

**Requirements and skills**
- Previous experience of working with Airport systems
- Atleast 4-5 years of experience in managing team size of 20 and above
- knowledge of hardware and networking components
- Familiarity with basic Windows and Linux operating system
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills

**Prerequisites**:

- Qualification - Graduate Degree

**Specialization Description**:
General Project Management requires general business knowledge to plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for an administrative or business process including:

- Organizing project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements
- Monitoring and reporting on the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing
- Ensuring adherence to internal and external quality standards (e.g., International Standards Organization)
- Identifying/resolving obstacles to completing project on time and to budget
- May include work managing multiple, interrelated projects (including business transformation projects)
- On some projects, the work may include integrating vendor tasks into the project plan and tracking and reviewing vendor deliverablesSpecialization Match Note: Para-Professional incumbents update/maintain project schedules and associated resource plans and prepares progress reports.

**Level Description**:
Senior support level position requiring a broad knowledge of operational procedures and tools typically obtained through extensive work experience though may require vocational or technical training. Typically works under limited supervision for routine situations whilst providing assistance and training to lower level employees. Generally works on tasks/problems that are not routine and requires analysis to understand. Provides assistance and training to lower level employees.
