**We are currently looking for a driven and highly organised Logistics Planner to join a global leading and specialist supplier based in Northampton.**

We are currently looking for a driven and highly organised Logistics Planner to join a global leading and specialist supplier based in Northampton. This is a permanent position, working full time hours in the office and offering up to £34K, dependant on experience.

The role:

- Planning, sourcing and booking of plant and site equipment required during projects
- Effectively coordinate plant equipment deliveries and collections
- Ensure statutory testing and equipment documentation is up to date and issued with each item of plant
- Act as the point of contact for site to report plan faults
- Ensure equipment repairs are carried our promptly
- Develop long term planning documents and set up approved planning templates
- Create and issue weekly crew planning to site teams
- Book hotel accommodation and issue weekly hotel planning spreadsheet
- Manage the site crew’s working hours, ensuring hours are completed within the correct timeframe
- Review and check invoices

You:

- Strong management skills with previous experience in directing remote site personnel
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High organised with the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
- Process driven and able to work under pressure
- Good IT skills and technical ability
- Strong team skills with the ability to delegate tasks when required

Package:

- 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Up to £34K dependant on experience
- Company pension scheme
