**Position Summary**:
The Sales and Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and ensuring seamless operational efficiency. This role involves managing teams, coordinating between departments, and aligning sales and operational processes to achieve organizational objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:Sales Management**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
- Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns to support sales efforts.

**Operations Management**:

- Oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
- Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and production teams to meet customer demands efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor budgets, resources, and operational costs, making adjustments to improve profitability.
- Implement systems and tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

**Team Leadership**:

- Recruit, onboard, and manage team members in both sales and operations departments.
- Foster a collaborative, results-driven work environment.
- Set clear performance goals and regularly review team achievements.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare and present regular sales and operational performance reports to senior management.
- Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
- Monitor KPIs for both sales and operations to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Pay: ₹9,190.07 - ₹20,000.00 per month
