**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate and work with the Campus Lead to determine Talent Needs
- Understand and identify campus hiring trends and compiling recruitment reports and presentations
- Maintaining relationships with universities, student organizations, and recruitment networks
- Developing Internship programs and evaluating their performances with the support of the Campus Lead
- Market Intelligence about students, colleges, Programs and managing all administrative
- tasks such as updating recruitment databases, hiring profiles and applicant onboarding documentation
- Business Acumen in Hosting and attending college career days and conferences

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 6-12 months of experience in HR or Recruiting environment
- Any experience or exposure towards Campus recruitment would be considered good to have
- Proven ability to multitask, attention to detail and street smartness would be a must have.
- Strong bent of mind towards market research, talent mapping, negotiating and influencing
- management decision-making.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation & articulation skills
