2. Handling Inbound calls (Money Transfer US Customer Service).

3. Need to Handle money transfer call.

4. Designation: CSA

5. Excellent communication skills needed.

6. HSC/ Graduate Fresher or with Minimum 6 Months of Customer Service Experience.

7. Shift Timing 24*7 rotational shift.

8. Week off-2 Rotational week off between Monday till Sunday

9. Salary - 23,000 in hand + 2750 Incentives.

10. Strict background verification for all Employment and Educations documents.

11. Rounds of Interviews: HR, Ops, Berlitz(VnA), Typing-30/90%,.

12. Transport Boundaries: Kalyan to Thane, Thane to Panvel, Panvel to Kurla, Thane to Sion.
