We are looking for a passionate and skilled Demi Chef de Partie to join our pizzeria team. The DCDP will assist in the preparation and execution of high-quality pizzas and related dishes, maintaining consistency, hygiene standards, and efficiency in a fast-paced kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, cook, and present pizzas and related menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Assist the Chef de Partie in managing the pizza section (dough preparation, topping station, oven operation).
- Ensure correct portioning, consistency, and adherence to food safety guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels for ingredients, notify for replenishment, and assist in stock rotation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation, kitchen equipment, and utensils.
- Train and support Commis Chefs and Kitchen Assistants in pizza preparation.
- Follow health and safety standards including personal hygiene and food safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a pizzeria or Italian restaurant.
- Basic knowledge of pizza dough, toppings, oven usage (wood-fired or deck/conveyor ovens).
- Understanding of food safety, kitchen hygiene, and allergen awareness.
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment.
- Strong communication and teamworking skills.
- Culinary diploma or equivalent is a plus.

Work Environment
- Fast-paced, hot kitchen environment.
- Shift work, including weekends and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
