Roles & Responsibilities:
Paid Media Strategy: Develop and carry out thorough paid media plans with the goal of
accomplishing organizational goals.
Use channels such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms for your real estate advertising campaigns.
Campaign Planning and Execution: Create and carry out sponsored search, display, and social media advertising campaigns.
Make sure that paid media initiatives are in line with the overall marketing objectives by closely collaborating with internal teams.
Budget Management: To guarantee cost-effectiveness and optimize return on investment (ROI), effectively manage and optimize advertising budgets.
Analyze budget allocation regularly and adjust as needed in light of the campaign
performance.
Audience Targeting and Segmentation: To enable effective and individualized ad targeting, identify target audiences, and create comprehensive audience segmentation.
Refine audience targeting tactics constantly using campaign performance indicators and
data insights.
Creative Development and Advertising Copy: Work together with the creative team to produce visually striking creatives and persuasive ad content that appeal to the target demographic.
To determine the messaging and images that work best, run A/B tests on different ad variations.
Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track and assess the results of paid media campaigns by utilizing analytics technologies.
Send out key performance indicator (KPI) reports regularly along with optimization
suggestions.
Keep Up with Industry Trends: Keep up with changes to platform algorithms, new advertising features, and industry trends.
Use creative tactics to stay ahead of the competition in the ever-changing real estate market.
**Requirements**:
A bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar discipline is required.
A track record of successfully organizing and running paid advertising campaigns, ideally in the real estate industry for a minimum of 1 year.
Overall Digital Marketing Experience: 3 plus years
Proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other pertinent ad networks.
Robust analytical skills and a talent for deciphering data and coming to data-driven conclusions.
Outstanding teamwork and communication abilities.
Certification: It is beneficial to hold a Google Ads certification or any other pertinent qualification related to digital marketing.
**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
**Education**:
