**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (e.g., blog posts, social media updates, and multimedia content).
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance and metrics to ensure objectives are being met.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute digital campaigns, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and social media best practices.
- Engage with our online community and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and other collateral.
- Coordinate with external agencies or partners for content creation and marketing efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing and digital marketing (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and their analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
