**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, pitch to, and close deals with potential advertisers for various media platforms (TV, print, and digital).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, advertising agencies, and media planners.
- Plan and execute innovative marketing strategies to meet sales targets and company goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, media buying) to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and provide detailed reports to clients and management.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Advertising from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in ad sales within news channels, newspapers, or digital/web media.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking abilities and client management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
