Role Overview:
Customer Service Officers at crucial support to customers with inquiries and concerns, emphasizing pure customer service without sales or upselling activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, addressing various banking queries and concerns.
- Offer accurate information related to account inquiries, transactions, and banking products.
- Assist customers in resolving issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: HSC from Maharashtra board.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer-centric approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is advantageous.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
